The MOM BB is aimed at providing a storehouse for frequently
asked questions (FAQs), patches, release information, etc. It is also
aimed at distributing some of the support for MOM to the broader user
community, many of whom know more about, say, running MOM on non-Cray
platforms than those at GFDL.
To place a posting on the BB, simply follow the instructions at
the site.
In order to initiate a build-up of FAQ information, we ask that the
following procedure be followed when having a question regarding MOM:
1. Peruse the MOM BB to see if your question has already been
answered.
2. If not, then submit your question to the
bulletin board.
3. After the issue has been resolved, please post a summary of the
resolution on the BB so that others will benefit from the exchange.
